Move your head in large yet comfortable circular motions. Perform 10 clockwise a few repetitions and then 10 counter clockwise. Complete this 3 times per day.

Place your fingers on the back of your head and gently draw your head back into your fingers. Hold for 3 seconds each time and complete 10 times. Do this 3 times a day as tolerated.

Place your fingers on your forehead and gently push your head into your fingers. Hold for 3 seconds each time and complete 10 times. Do this 3 times a day as tolerated.

Place your fingers on your check bone and gently turn your head into your fingers. Hold for 3 seconds each time and complete 10 times. Do this 3 times a day as tolerated.

Place your fingers on the side of your head and gently tilt your head to the side and into your fingers. Hold for 3 seconds each time and complete 10 times. Do this 3 times a day as tolerated.

Start by lying on your side on a table or bed. Next, lift your head upward towards the ceiling. Your eyes, nose and chin should be pointed directly towards the side the enitre time. Hold for 3 seconds each time and complete 10 times. Do this 3 times a day as tolerated.

While lying on your back, tuck your chin towards your chest and press the back of your head into the table. Maintain contact of the back of your head with the surface you are lying on the entire time. Hold for 3 seconds each time and complete 10 times. Do this 3 times a day as tolerated.

Keeping chin, shoulders, hips and heels against the wall, complete these variations while maintaining contact. Hold for 2 seconds in each position each time and complete 10 times. Do this 3 times a day as tolerated.
