OUR CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY
When we book your appointment, we are holding a space in our schedule specifically for you. In order to be respectful of our other patients please call our office as soon as you know you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us. Call us at 905-315-9955. If necessary, please leave a detailed voicemail and someone well get back to you at our earliest convenience.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a missed appointment fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- First late cancellation/no-show is a warning
- Second late cancellation/no-show we will charge your credit card 50% of your appointment fee
- Third late cancellation/no-show we will charge your credit card 100% of your appointment fee
