How much exercise do you need in a week?
Did you know that adults aged 18-64 require 150 minutes of moderate to vigourous aerobic physical activity per week? It is reccomended that 2 days of your week involve strength training. These guidelines are in place to help the average adult keep physically active and reduce the risks of developing high blood pressure, heart disease, osteoporosis and much more.

Whether your goal is to rehabilitate from an injury, improve your strength, improve your cardiovascular health or any other fitness goal, our personal trainers will take you through an exercise plan and help you develop S.M.A.R.T. goals to get you to where you want to be. Our personal trainer & kinesiologist work closely with our physiotherapist and chiropractor to help create the optimal program to improve your fitness, health and well-being.
