Tom Kiroplis has been practicing Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine since 1997 when he graduated from the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His passion for this discipline of healthcare was evident from his initial training days when he chose to complete an internship in Nanjing, China, which opened his world of healing more than ever.
He has taught acupuncture since 2001 and has also served as the Vice President of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Association. He has been the chief instructor of the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2011, where he teaches a variety of health practitioners theory and clinical application of Acupuncture.
Tom has kept busy between direct patient care, management of multidisciplinary clinics and teaching, as well as program development for the ITCM, Meridian Health Education, and APTEI.
When not working, he enjoys reading up on Traditional Chinese Medicine, watching his three childrens’ sporting events and skiing when the opportunity arises.
