How much exercise do you need in a week?
Did you know that adults aged 18-64 require 150 minutes of moderate to vigourous aerobic physical activity per week? It is reccomended that 2 days of your week involve strength training. These guidelines are in place to help the average adult keep physically active and reduce the risks of developing high blood pressure, heart disease, osteoporosis and much more.

Our personal trainer & kinesiologist, Julia de Reijke works closely with our physiotherapist and chiropractor to help create the optimal program to improve your fitness, health and well-being.
