These elbow exercise programs are designed to help you gradually heal and rehabilitate from an elbow injury. Start with the “Acute” program, move onto the “Sub-Acute” program and complete your rehab with the “Chronic” program. Not all elbow injuries are the same. It is still very important to consult a physiotherapist or doctor to ensure that this program is right for you. Generally, these exercises will be performed for 2 weeks without any discomfort before progressing onto the next stage. Your health care provider may decide to adjust these exercises to better suit your injury as not all injuries are exactly the same and some rehabilitation exercises may be better than others for your specific condition.
