These ankle exercise programs are designed to help you gradually heal and rehabilitate from an ankle injury. Start with the “Acute” program, move onto the “Sub-Acute” program and complete your rehab with the “Chronic” program. Not all ankle injuries are the same. It is still very important to consult a physiotherapist or doctor to ensure that this program is right for you.
